Where behavioral science meets real-world safety.

Led by Dr. Krista S. Geller, GellerAC4P helps organizations create cultures of care, accountability, and psychological safety - where people look out for one another, not because they have to, but because they want to.

Rooted in research.
Proven in practice.

The Actively Caring for People (AC4P™) approach draws on over 50 years of behavioral science, developed at Virginia Tech and carried forward by Dr. Krista Geller into today’s workplaces. It’s not just a program - it’s a mindset shift that transforms how teams lead, communicate, and care.

Meet Dr. Krista Geller.

Krista has spent her life immersed in the science of human behavior - from growing up as a subject in her father’s psychology lab, to leading safety culture transformations for global companies.

As President of GellerAC4P and a Safety Director at Kiewit, Krista brings a unique mix of academic insight and jobsite experience to help teams lead with care, act with purpose, and work with meaning.
