- Overall Safety Process and Culture Improvement
- We assess your overall team and culture with a safety cultural survey, which we fit to your needs. We then analyze the data using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences and it is used by researchers to perform statistical analysis). Through that data we create follow up questions to be used in our focus groups where we will interview volunteers within your organization to gather qualitative data on your current safety culture. After that we provide a safety road map to adjust your current culture into the stellar safety culture you are trying to achieve.
- Leadership Training
- We evaluate and design leadership training and discussion based on your needs and overall assessment. This training is meant to close loops/gaps, increase communication among teams, and provide increased performance within your organization.
- 360 Supervisor communication
- With this process we offer teams the ability to communicate the strengths and opportunities for improvement within their current supervisor. We then offer training and discussion with each supervisor based on the discussion with their teams.
